Before we are co-workers, we’re brothers and sisters. Every person brings their own story, burdens, and joys to the table. This is a safe place to be known, prayed for, and supported. Prayer isn’t our last resort, it’s our first.

Like any family, we sometimes face conflict, but when we do, we resolve it quickly. In a world that likes to throw dynamite, we want to be the people who hand out hard hats–protecting each other and building each other up.
