Adult Discipleship Pastor

Primary Function:

To oversee all facets of the spiritual growth and maturity of the adults in the body of Christ here at First Baptist Church of Elkhart. To provide vision and direction to all adult discipleship ministries while working with volunteers to implement various strategies all designed for spiritual growth. In addition, carrying out this role as a member of the pastoral team, working directly with the Executive Pastor of Ministries, leading a team, and empowering God’s people to fulfill the Mission Statement of the church:

“We exist to equip believers to love God, love people, and influence our world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.”

weekend facilities support

Primary Function:

To perform cleaning, set up, and tear down duties during weekend ministry events. This includes opening and closing the building for Saturday and Sunday ministry events. This support position assists in empowering God’s people to fulfill the Mission Statement of the church:

“We exist to equip believers to love God, love people, and influence our world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.”
