PRAYER PROMISE: Mark 11:24 “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”

Praise the Lord that John Long, Sr., is improving after being treated at Elkhart General for a twisted bowel. That condition remains, but the doctors are hopeful that medication will take care of the symptoms. Surgery may need to be done at a later date.

Sherry Salomon is at EGH following a stroke and will be undergoing surgery to clear her carotid artery tomorrow afternoon. Please pray that this will go well and that Sherry will soon be back to good health.

Continue to pray for Jeannie Horne’s brother, Tom Holland. He has been battling cancer for some time and needs to have a stent replaced in his liver. Doctors were able to do some surgery over the weekend to prepare him for the liver surgery and are hoping to move him to the hospital in Indy today. Pray for strength for Tom during this difficult time.

Ethel Lacsamana would appreciate our prayers for her mother-in-law, Betty Chappell. She is a patient at EGH and is undergoing some testing for abdominal pain. Pray for wisdom for her doctors and comfort for Betty.

Please pray for strength and improved health for Cindy Mansfield’s daughter, Rachel Moreland. She has not been feeling well and her blood counts were re-tested on Friday. She should get the results tomorrow.

Our military personnel to pray for are Joseph Jensen (Army) and Ethan Grubert (Air Force-TX).

Our shut-ins to remember in prayer today are Jean-Ann S. and Dottie W.
